  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. For Teachers

As a teacher on our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate course descriptions and pricing
  • Deliver quality educational content as promised
  • Own or have rights to all content you upload
  • Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. For Students

As a student, you agree to:

  • Use course content for personal educational purposes only
  • Not share, redistribute, or resell course materials
  • Not attempt to download or record protected content
  • Respect intellectual property rights of teachers

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed directly between students and teachers. Refund policies are set by individual teachers. We recommend reviewing the refund policy before making any purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

Teachers retain ownership of their course content. Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal use only.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to breach security
  • Harass other users or post offensive content
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
  • Scrape or collect data without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
